Welcome to our new Year 7 Students

We are looking forward to welcoming our new year 7 students on Tuesday, September 2nd; the school day starts at 8.40am and students can arrive any time after 8.00am.
As mentioned in our transition meeting, students should not worry about bringing PE kit or every conceivable item with them on the first day! Things to remember are:
· Lunch/snacks/money to buy lunch
· Water
· Stationary
Year 7 are the only students on site for a normal school start.
Below is the outline of the first day for Year 7:
| 8.40am | Tutor Time | Tutor will go through timetables etc. Students will also have time to orientate themselves around the school site. Tutor time / transition activities will continue until 12.25 on the first day. |
| 9-10am | Pd1 | Tutor Time/activities. |
| 10.05-11.05am | Pd2 | Tutor Time/activities. |

| 2.15-3.15pm | Pd5 | Year Group meeting (Astro) with the Senior Tutor. Meet Yr9 Peer Mentor. Distribution of ID lanyards. Biometric thumbprints for cashless catering |
