GCSE Results 2023

Students and staff at Chatham & Clarendon Grammar School are celebrating impressive GCSE results with an overall pass rate of 93% and with 19% of grades at 8-9 and 37% at 7-9. Headteacher, Debra Liddicoat said, ‘I am very proud of our students’ achievements, bearing in mind the well documented disruption to their learning in the two years leading up to starting their GCSE courses and the inevitable catching up that needed to take place. Students have shown remarkable resilience and approached their studies with a determination to work hard and fulfil their potential. I would also like to thank all their teachers in supporting our students and encouraging them over the past two years, both in lessons and at lunchtimes and after school’. Whilst the majority of our students are staying on in our 6th Form, we wish all our students good luck in their next steps, whether it be with us, at other 6th Forms, College, Apprenticeships or the world of work.
