Student artwork on display in the Royal Academy Gallery

The art department are pleased to announce that Nettle Battersby in Year 12 has been selected to show their work at the prestigious Royal Academy Gallery in London as part of the Young Artists’ Summer Show 2026. Their work was selected by the judges from over 25,000 submissions and was chosen as one of only a handful to be displayed in the gallery.

This is an outstanding achievement at the start of their artist journey. You can see their work in person this summer from 14 July - 30 August 2026 at RA Main Galleries | Burlington House, Piccadilly, London.
