Launch of Student Film Competition

The film competition was set up this year by Lilly Howse, Lennon Searle and Summer Scholes with the idea to give more aspiring film makers an opportunity to create something.

For a first year of this competition, we had 6 entries that fit the theme of Goodbyes very well. The deadline for these films was short, and everyone who got involved in this competition deserves a massive well done as the quality of these films was amazing.

The awards this year went to Grace Williams (Best Director), Gus Topsom (Best Actor) and Summer Scholes (Best Cinematographer), but a special mention is deserved to the other directors George Pearson, Ruby Redwood and Freddie Kilner-Jones.
