Talented Year 11 Students Perform First Local Gig

Customers at The Elephant and Castle in Ramsgate were treated to an awesome performance by year 11 duo Shakira and Lily at their first gig last month.  With Lily on drums and Shakira on vocals and guitar, the young musicians filled a half hour set with five of their own pieces, including an encore!

Their talents were so well received that they will be returning to the venue over the August bank holiday.  Staff who popped by to see the students play said they were incredibly impressed and we all congratulate the two musicians on their success thus far.
