Mrs E Wright BSc (Hons) PGCE - Head of Department

A specialist in Computer Science across all key stages. In collaboration with CAS helped to develop the first UK Computer Science curriculum and has presented her curriculum to industry experts in the field. Her main academic interest is in the development of school-wide systems and how to keep ahead of national developments for the benefit of our students.

Mr M Adelsberg BSc(Hons) DMS - Computer Science and ICT Teacher

Specialist in KS3 Computer Science and GCSE and A Level ICT qualifications, Mr. Adelsberg’s academic interests include Greenfoot, VB.NET and web related technologies.  Mr. Adelsberg enjoys participating in school trips and is an advocate of a healthy lifestyle as the perfect balance to a students computing related activities.

Specialist in Computer Science and ICT across all key stages. Mrs. Spencer has had a research paper published on the academic benefits of paired programming within secondary schools to help benefit students' engagement and attainment within the field of Computer Science. Mrs. Spencer’s academic interests include VB.Net, Python and Human-Computer Interaction.
